Captain Lucena possess a vast knowledge consisting in 28 years of experience in all the aspects of the maritime industry which cover amongst others, cargo inspections, stability, vessel maneuvering as national appointed Pilot for the Orinoco River and Maracaibo Lake, ISM & ISPS Codes third party audits, cargo gear and lifting appliances expert. 

Commercial related aspects as chartering, contracts and demurrages. Bilingual (English – Spanish).
